COURSE TITLE: Intermediate Photoshop Course

Over the four weeks we will explain the underlying principles of Adobe Photoshop, . This will be reinforced with hands on practical examples and self study.  Each class focuses on a different essential element of photography, overall covering subjects such as the camera, the lenses, exposure, and understanding light.

  • Lesson 1: Advanced Selections – Selections- Tools & Refining, Filters
  • Lesson 2: Advanced Techniques: Blend Modes & Composites
  • Lesson 3: Dodging & Burning, Full Fashion Edit
  • Lesson 4: Workflow: Actions & Droplets

  • Selections
  • Retouching: healing and cloning
  • Layers & Masks
  • Composites & Cutouts
  • Image resizing
  • File types & exporting

    Laptop
    Any version of Photoshop

    As an introduction level course the recommended course progression would be either to the next editing course in sequence, or to pair with a classroom course to creinforce the learning with a practical or editing course.
